Marty Lyons Foundation to Host 24th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic
On Monday, July 20, 2009 the Marty Lyons Foundation will host its 24th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic at the Old Westbury Golf and Country Club in Long Island, New York. The Foundation grants wishes to children, between the ages of three to seventeen, who have terminal or life-threatening illnesses. Since it was established 27 years ago, the Marty Lyons Foundation has granted over 4,500 wishes that have truly brightened the lives of so many children. The Foundation encourages anyone interested in supporting the Marty Lyons 24th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic to contact it for information. Playing golf or attending the dinner helps to provide the Foundation with the resources that will allow it to fulfill its mission of granting children with life-threatening illnesses their special wishes.
