Four Times Florida State Champion Joins Team Stradalli Cycle Pro Cycling Race Team

Four times Florida State champion, Bob McCarty, has joined Stradalli's pro cycling team for 2014 - 2015.

Pompano Beach, Florida (FPRC) July 2, 2014 -- Stradalli Cycle, the high performance carbon bicycle manufacturer, is pleased to announce that professional cyclist Robert (Bob) McCarty has joined the Team Stradalli pro cycling team for the 2014-2015 season.

Bob, who was born in New Jersey, is now living in Florida where he lives is passion for riding and racing. He started racing mountain bikes in 1995 and eventually turned Pro in 2010 after several years of racing success, both as an amateur and as a semiprofessional.

McCarty has had a tremendous career to date. With over 270 race starts he is still going strong. Among his accolades are four Florida State Championships in 1997, 2011, 2012, and 2013. He was also the winner of the 2014 Sea Otter Classic, Monterey Ca. Bob is currently ranked as the number one 40-49 year old in the USA.

Bob, who has been awarded the Sportsman of The Year Award twice, is also a full time trainer for McCarty Training. As a personal trainer Bob works “one on one” to help people get fit and prepare for big events. Bob’s coaching sessions help individuals focus on the most effective fitness techniques while achieving their personal fitness goals.
